The diversity of the soils and the quality of the plots in our Village LE PALLET constitute a terroir of excellence. This cuvee “Jubilation” comes from a selection of the best plots. This is a singular wine: A wine of great wealth. This wine is matured on fine lees in order to allow an optimal release of aromatic and gustatory capital. This great Loire Valley wine will then stimulate ecstasy on your “Pallet”. The cuvee “Jubilation”, dressed in gold, reveals an intense nose of almonds and yellow peaches, embellished with balsamic notes (wax, honey). The palate is rich and silky, honeyed and spicy, underlined by a fine minerality.

Serving temperature : 10 to 12 °. The village cru needs to be enjoyed fresh but not chilled and can be perfectly decanted for it to air and fully develop its bouquet.
