In order to best express its red berry flavours, a low temperature fermentation is employed. Direct pressing gives this wine a pale pink colour defining its charm.
On the mouth, it is well balanced between sweetness, assertive fruitiness and hints of acidity.
It is a gourmet wine, to keep for an improvised meal among friends.
